Shuttles
We plan and manage shuttles for any size convention, meeting, or special event. CTS staff has years of experience managing shuttles at McCormick Place, Navy Pier, and the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. Our management actively participates in meetings with representatives from McCormick Place, Chicago Office of Special Events, and Chicago area bus companies. These meetings provide us with the latest information about all events and construction in Chicago which could affect your programs.
Our Operations Managers will design the most efficient routes to move your attendees. We can also suggest several options for exhibitor sponsorships to help offset the cost of the shuttle.
CTS on-site staff not only manages the shuttle buses, but can direct your guests to their meetings, answer questions about show hours and events, or even suggest a good restaurant by the attendee's hotel. Our staff knows that excellent customer service is one of the most important factors in a successful shuttle program.
